By creating an account or using Toolhub ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by [YOUR FULL NAME], [YOUR ADDRESS] ("we", "us").

2. The Service

Toolhub is a web-based tool-stack and software cost management platform for freelancers and consultants. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Plans and payment

Toolhub offers a free Starter plan and a paid Professional plan at €9/month (billed yearly). Prices exclude VAT; applicable VAT will be added at checkout based on your billing address.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Professional plan, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. To request a refund, email us at [YOUR EMAIL] with the subject line "Refund request". Refunds are not available for subsequent billing periods.

5. Plan limits

The Starter plan includes up to 25 tools, 3 customers, and 2 catalogs. The Professional plan is unlimited. We enforce these limits in the application and may suspend accounts that attempt to circumvent them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer or copy the Service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload or create in the Service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law
